Today's reality

A busy parcel room with a paper logbook means a guard searching shelves while the resident waits. An LED tag on every parcel lights up and beeps the moment the unit number is searched.

Our approach

LED-tag parcel tracking for condominiums.

From the data to the report, in four steps.

  1. Tag the parcel

Guard picks the unit, clips on an LED tag.

    • Wireless multi-colour LED tags attach to every parcel
Platform screen: maintenance dashboard with job cards
  2. Put it anywhere

No shelves or zones to follow.

    • Instant parcel location — no zones or shelving needed

  3. Resident comes: it blinks

Search the unit, the tag lights up and beeps.

    • Full lifecycle tracking: receive, store, locate, collect
Platform dashboard: camera grid, alert list, floor plan and KPI cards
  4. Collected

Logged; uncollected after 3 days turns red.

Why RS Techwin

Built, installed and watched by one team.

  • One ecosystem

Eleven solutions from one vendor that share one dashboard and one maintenance contract, so nothing falls between suppliers.

  • In-house engineering

We build and customise our systems rather than resell boxes, so a solution can be shaped to the building instead of the other way round.

  • A dedicated control room

Client systems are monitored from our own control room, so faults and alerts are seen by people who can act on them.

Platform integration

The dashboards run on data the platform already has.

Every solution reports to the same platform, so an alert from one system can be checked against the others.

  • Platform

    No second data entry

The Run solutions draw on what the AI visual monitoring platform already holds: camera events, door logs, plate reads and sensor readings from every system on site.

  • Field-operations app

    Jobs out, proof back

Work orders raised by a sensor or by management go to the technician's field-operations app; the checklist and photos come back and close the job.

  • Control room and maintenance

    Reports from the same numbers

Committee reports are generated from the data our control room watches every day, and the maintenance team acts on predictive alerts before the equipment fails.

Getting started

From site survey to handover.

  1. Site survey and risk review

An engineer walks the site, maps entry points and blind spots, and reviews what you already have.

  2. Design and proposal with three-quote compliance

A clear design and itemised proposal, prepared to support your committee's three-quote process.

  3. Installation by our own technicians

Our in-house team cables, installs and commissions every system.

  4. Handover, training and maintenance

We train your guards and managers, hand over documentation and stay on for maintenance.

Frequently asked questions

Who is it for?

Condos with a busy parcel room and a paper logbook.

Does it need the internet or new shelving?

Neither. It runs on a local server with no internet needed, parcels can be put anywhere with no zones or shelving to follow, and guards use a simple dashboard on any device with a PIN login.

What happens to parcels nobody collects?

After a set number of days the tag turns red and the parcel is flagged as overdue, and the full record of every parcel, received, stored, located and collected, stays in the system.

Who maintains it?

Our own technicians, under a maintenance contract: scheduled servicing and health reports. The engineers who install a system are the ones who maintain it.

How do we start?

With a site survey: an engineer walks the site, maps entry points and blind spots and reviews what you already have. You then get a clear design and an itemised proposal prepared to support your committee's three-quote process.
