Today's reality

Cards get lost, lent and copied, and the visitor logbook depends on the guard's handwriting. Your face or palm is your key, and visitors get a one-time QR code sent ahead.

Our approach

Card-free biometric and QR code entry.

From the door to the log, in four steps.

  1. Walk up

Face, palm or QR code at the door.

    • Face recognition terminals at entry points
Platform screen: access-terminal event list with face and palm icons
  2. Identity checked

Liveness check stops photos and masks.

    • Palm vein scanning for high-security areas
Resident holding a palm up to a glowing access terminal beside a glass lobby door
  3. Door opens

Lobby, lift, gym, pool, car park.

    • QR codes for visitors and temporary access
Platform dashboard: camera grid, alert list, floor plan and KPI cards
  4. Visitors get a QR

    Sent ahead, expires by itself.

Why RS Techwin

Built, installed and watched by one team.

  • In-house engineering

We build and customise our systems rather than resell boxes, so a solution can be shaped to the building instead of the other way round.

  • Our own technicians

Installation, commissioning and repairs are done by RS Techwin staff who know the site.

  • One ecosystem

Eleven solutions from one vendor that share one dashboard and one maintenance contract, so nothing falls between suppliers.

Platform integration

Every door and barrier reports to the same platform.

Every solution reports to the same platform, so an alert from one system can be checked against the others.

See the platform
Isometric diagram: cameras, readers, barriers and sensors at the bottom, the AI monitoring core in the middle, a control-room screen and a phone on top
  • Platform

Who tapped, who drove in, what the camera saw

Card, face, palm and plate events sit beside the camera feeds on the AI visual monitoring platform, so a guard can check an entry against the picture from that moment.

  • Field-operations app

Readers and barriers serviced on record

A reader, lock or barrier fault reaches the technician in the field-operations app with the door's details; the visit, checklist and photos are logged as they happen.

  • Control room and maintenance

Alarms seen by people who can act

Forced-door and blacklist alerts reach our control room as well as the guardhouse, and the same team services the readers, locks and barriers it installed.

Getting started

From site survey to handover.

  1. Site survey and risk review

An engineer walks the site, maps entry points and blind spots, and reviews what you already have.

  2. Design and proposal with three-quote compliance

A clear design and itemised proposal, prepared to support your committee's three-quote process.

  3. Installation by our own technicians

Our in-house team cables, installs and commissions every system.

  4. Handover, training and maintenance

We train your guards and managers, hand over documentation and stay on for maintenance.

Frequently asked questions

Who is it for?

Newer or premium buildings. Pair with the unclonable card as a first step.

Can we keep our cards as well?

Yes. Many buildings start with the unclonable card and add face, palm and QR terminals at the lobby, lift, gym, pool and car park; both run from one identity database.

Can someone get in with a photo or a mask?

No. Liveness detection stops photos and masks, and a face cannot be lent to a stranger the way a card can. Palm vein scanning is used for high-security areas.

Who maintains it?

Our own technicians, under a maintenance contract: scheduled servicing and health reports. The engineers who install a system are the ones who maintain it.

How do we start?

With a site survey: an engineer walks the site, maps entry points and blind spots and reviews what you already have. You then get a clear design and an itemised proposal prepared to support your committee's three-quote process.
