AI Analytics All your systems on one dashboard. Decide with data, not guesses.
One dashboard that turns data from all your security and building systems into clear reports for management.

Today's reality
Committee meetings go round in circles when every system keeps its own records and nobody has the numbers. One dashboard turns the data from every system into reports management can act on.
Our approach
Actionable data insights across every system.
From the data to the report, in four steps.
Collect the data
Cameras, doors, ANPR and sensors.
- Unified analytics dashboard across all RS Techwin solutions

AI finds patterns
Trends, peak hours, repeat incidents.
- Security event trend analysis and pattern detection

One dashboard
Heatmaps and live numbers.
- Visitor and vehicle traffic heatmaps and flow analysis

Report to the JMB
Daily, weekly or monthly, automatically.

In detail
What is included.
Predictive maintenance alerts based on usage data
Custom daily / weekly / monthly report generation
API integration with third-party building systems
Results
What the building gets.
- DataNot gut feel, at every meeting
- EarlySpot problems before they grow
- ReadyReports for JMB / MC
Why RS Techwin
Built, installed and watched by one team.
One ecosystem
Eleven solutions from one vendor that share one dashboard and one maintenance contract, so nothing falls between suppliers.
In-house engineering
We build and customise our systems rather than resell boxes, so a solution can be shaped to the building instead of the other way round.
A dedicated control room
Client systems are monitored from our own control room, so faults and alerts are seen by people who can act on them.
Platform integration
The dashboards run on data the platform already has.
Every solution reports to the same platform, so an alert from one system can be checked against the others.

Platform
No second data entry
The Run solutions draw on what the AI visual monitoring platform already holds: camera events, door logs, plate reads and sensor readings from every system on site.
Field-operations app
Jobs out, proof back
Work orders raised by a sensor or by management go to the technician's field-operations app; the checklist and photos come back and close the job.
Control room and maintenance
Reports from the same numbers
Committee reports are generated from the data our control room watches every day, and the maintenance team acts on predictive alerts before the equipment fails.
Getting started
From site survey to handover.
Site survey and risk review
An engineer walks the site, maps entry points and blind spots, and reviews what you already have.
Design and proposal with three-quote compliance
A clear design and itemised proposal, prepared to support your committee's three-quote process.
Installation by our own technicians
Our in-house team cables, installs and commissions every system.
Handover, training and maintenance
We train your guards and managers, hand over documentation and stay on for maintenance.

Frequently asked questions
Who is it for?
Buildings that already have two or more RS Techwin systems.
Which systems can feed the dashboard?
Every RS Techwin solution on site: cameras, doors, number-plate reads and sensors. Third-party building systems can be connected through the API. It is best for buildings that already have two or more RS Techwin systems.
What do we get at the meeting?
Trends, peak hours, repeat incidents, visitor and vehicle heatmaps and predictive maintenance alerts, with daily, weekly or monthly reports generated automatically for the JMB or MC.
Who maintains it?
Our own technicians, under a maintenance contract: scheduled servicing and health reports. The engineers who install a system are the ones who maintain it.
How do we start?
With a site survey: an engineer walks the site, maps entry points and blind spots and reviews what you already have. You then get a clear design and an itemised proposal prepared to support your committee's three-quote process.
