Commercial buildings and offices. Open to tenants, closed to everyone else.
Office buildings run on tenants who expect to walk straight in, contractors and couriers who should not, and a car park the landlord has to manage. The platform keeps the lobby open for the right people and gives building management the records to run it.

Today's reality
Tenants, contractors, couriers and visitors come through the same lobby all day, and the front desk cannot tell who is expected from who is not.
Our approach
Four solutions for a building that is open all day.
Each numbered card is one of the eleven solutions; the button opens its page.
AI Visual Monitoring
Guards can't watch every screen. Our AI watches all of them.
An AI platform that watches all your building's cameras at once and alerts the guard the moment something is wrong.
- AI-powered visual coverage of every area of the building
- Real-time object detection and behaviour analysis

Access — Face, Palm, QR
No cards to lose. Your face is your key.
Door terminals that let residents in by face or palm, and visitors by a one-time QR code.
- Face recognition terminals at entry points
- Palm vein scanning for high-security areas

AI ANPR
Residents drive straight in. No guard, no queue.
Cameras at the guardhouse read every car's plate and open the barrier for residents automatically.
- Dedicated ANPR cameras with IR flash, entry and exit
- OCR optimised for Malaysian plate formats

Trust and compliance
Facts building management can check.
Facts of record, not claims: how records are handled, how we work with the people who sign off, and who does the work.
Corporate informationPersonal data
Footage and access records under the PDPA
Visitor QR records, face and palm templates, card logs and footage are personal data. Who may view them, how long they are kept and how they are exported is set with building management and handled under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
Fit-out
Coordinated with the main contractor
For a new building, the ELV and security design is drawn from your drawings, cabling is coordinated with the main contractor, and the systems are commissioned and handed over before the keys.
The company
Registered, licensed, and on site ourselves
RS Techwin Sdn Bhd is registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia, holds a DBKL business premises licence, and installs and maintains with its own technicians.
Why RS Techwin
Designed, installed and watched by one team.
In-house engineering, our own technicians and a control room that watches what we install.
About usIn-house engineering
We build and customise our systems rather than resell boxes, so a solution can be shaped to the building instead of the other way round.
Our own technicians
Installation, commissioning and repairs are done by RS Techwin staff who know the site.
A dedicated control room
Client systems are monitored from our own control room, so faults and alerts are seen by people who can act on them.

Frequently asked questions
Can tenants still use cards?
Yes. The unclonable access card covers tenants who prefer a card, and face, palm or QR terminals are added door by door, starting with the lobby and the lifts.
See Access — Face, Palm, QRHow are visitors handled?
Visitors receive a one-time QR code ahead of the visit that expires by itself, and their number plate can be captured at the barrier for temporary access, so the front desk stops keeping a logbook.
See AI ANPRCan we start with an audit of what we have?
Yes. An upgrade starts with an audit of what you have and what still works; sound cabling, barriers and readers are reused, and the cut-over is phased so there is no gap in security.
