Government facilities. Every entry logged. Every record kept.
Government sites have to know who is inside, which vehicles came through the gate and which doors were opened, and be able to show it afterwards. The platform logs every entry with identity, door and time, and watches the perimeter and the car park between patrols.

Today's reality
Every visitor, contractor and vehicle on a government site has to be identified, logged and escorted, and a paper logbook cannot prove any of it afterwards.
Our approach
Four solutions for a site that must account for everyone.
Each numbered card is one of the eleven solutions; the button opens its page.
AI Visual Monitoring
Guards can't watch every screen. Our AI watches all of them.
An AI platform that watches all your building's cameras at once and alerts the guard the moment something is wrong.
- AI-powered visual coverage of every area of the building
- Real-time object detection and behaviour analysis

Access — Face, Palm, QR
No cards to lose. Your face is your key.
Door terminals that let residents in by face or palm, and visitors by a one-time QR code.
- Face recognition terminals at entry points
- Palm vein scanning for high-security areas

AI ANPR
Residents drive straight in. No guard, no queue.
Cameras at the guardhouse read every car's plate and open the barrier for residents automatically.
- Dedicated ANPR cameras with IR flash, entry and exit
- OCR optimised for Malaysian plate formats

AI Perimeter Detection
Know the moment someone crosses your fence.
Cameras along your fence with an invisible tripwire that alert guards only when a real person tries to cross.
- Perimeter camera coverage with AI analytics
- Virtual tripwire and zone-crossing detection

Trust and compliance
Facts the procurement office can check.
Facts of record, not claims: how records are handled, how we work with the people who sign off, and who does the work.
Corporate informationAudit trail
Every access event logged and kept
Door, identity and time are recorded for every entry and kept as an audit trail on the client's own system, handled under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
Procurement
Company documents ready for vendor registration
For tenders, vendor registration and bank verification, company documents are available on request.
The company
Registered, licensed, and on site ourselves
RS Techwin Sdn Bhd is registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia, holds a DBKL business premises licence, and installs and maintains with its own technicians.
Why RS Techwin
Designed, installed and watched by one team.
In-house engineering, our own technicians and a control room that watches what we install.
About usIn-house engineering
We build and customise our systems rather than resell boxes, so a solution can be shaped to the building instead of the other way round.
Our own technicians
Installation, commissioning and repairs are done by RS Techwin staff who know the site.
A dedicated control room
Client systems are monitored from our own control room, so faults and alerts are seen by people who can act on them.
Projects
Trusted on real sites.
Projects on record, anonymised. Ask us about a site like yours.

Frequently asked questions
What company records can you provide for a tender?
Our SSM company registration, the DBKL business premises licence and the other company documents a procurement office asks for, on request.
Can high-security rooms use something stronger than a card?
Yes. Palm-vein scanning is used for high-security areas and face terminals for general doors, both with liveness detection that stops photos and masks, and every entry is logged.
See Access — Face, Palm, QRHow is the perimeter covered between patrols?
Cameras along the fence carry a virtual tripwire. The AI alerts the guardhouse only when a real person crosses it, ignoring animals, rain and moving leaves, day and night.
See AI Perimeter DetectionWho watches the system?
The site's own guards see alerts on the guardhouse screen and on their phones, and our control room watches the systems we install, so a fault or an alert is seen by people who can act on it.
