Footage and access records under the PDPA
Face, palm and QR records and camera footage of students, patients and visitors are personal data. Who may view them, how long they are kept and how they are exported is set with the school or facility administration and handled under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

Expected visitors, not just recorded ones
Visitors receive a one-time QR code that expires by itself; terminals use liveness detection so a photo or a mask does not open a door; every entry is logged with door and time.
