Who we are

This website is operated by RS Techwin Sdn Bhd, 11-3A-2, Jalan Metro Perdana Barat 1, Taman Usahawan Kepong, 52100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We are the data user under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive the details you type: your name, company or building name, phone number, email address, area of interest and message, together with the page you sent it from, the time, and the network address and browser type of your device. Browsing the site itself does not require an account and we do not use advertising cookies.

Why we use it

• to answer your enquiry and, if you ask, arrange a site visit or prepare a proposal;
• to keep a record of enquiries so we can follow up and serve you as a client;
• to protect the website against abuse.

Where it goes

Enquiries are stored on our own servers and forwarded to our engineering team by message so that we can reply quickly. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties except service providers who host our systems under confidentiality obligations, or where the law requires.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records, after which they are deleted.

Your rights
