Platform

One platform for the whole building.

Cameras, doors, barriers and sensors feed one AI visual monitoring platform. Our control room and the field app act on what it sees, and the analytics dashboard turns it into decisions.

The RS advantage

Watched, not just recorded.

Guards cannot watch every screen and committees cannot act on hearsay. The platform was built so that both get what they need.

How we work
Layered translucent dark-glass panels lit from inside in amber and blue: the platform as one stack
  1. Every device on one screen

Cameras, intercoms, door access, barriers and network switches report to one platform, so the guard and our control room look at one picture instead of a dozen separate systems.

  2. Alerts with evidence, not noise

The AI raises an alert only when a rule is broken and sends a snapshot and clip with it, so the guard acts on what happened and the committee has proof it can act on.

  3. One team that installs and maintains

The engineers who design and install the systems keep watch from our own control room and come back for servicing, as they have since 2017.

How it works

Devices at the bottom. People on top.

Every camera, reader, barrier and sensor reports to one AI monitoring core; the alerts go to the guard, our control room and the app. Three parts, one platform.

Where do you need coverage

Watch it. Control it. Run it. Keep it running.

Pick the family that matches the problem. Each one is a few solutions that share the platform and the team.

Cameras that spot trouble and call the guard

AI cameras and our visual-monitoring platform watch every screen so your guards do not have to. Intrusion, loitering and littering are detected as they happen, with photo and video proof the committee can act on.

  • AI Visual MonitoringGuards can't watch every screen. Our AI watches all of them.
  • AI CameraA normal camera records it. An AI camera tells you while it happens.

Solutions

Why RS Techwin

Designed, installed and watched by one team.

In-house engineering, our own technicians and a control room that watches what we install.

About us
  • In-house engineering

We build and customise our systems rather than resell boxes, so a solution can be shaped to the building instead of the other way round.

  • Our own technicians

Installation, commissioning and repairs are done by RS Techwin staff who know the site.

  • A dedicated control room

Client systems are monitored from our own control room, so faults and alerts are seen by people who can act on them.

Frequently asked questions

Does the platform work with the cameras, readers and barriers we already have?

Yes. The AI visual monitoring platform reads existing IP cameras and recorders as well as new ones, whatever the supplier; the unclonable access card often runs on the readers already on the doors; and sound cabling and barriers are reused. The site survey tells you what can stay.

Who watches it?

Both the building's guards and our own control room. The guards see alerts on the guardhouse screen and on their phones, and our control room watches the systems we install, so a fault or an alert is seen by people who can act on it.

What does the RS Techwin app do?

It is the field-operations app our technicians and clients use. Maintenance jobs, checklists and site photos are logged as they happen, so the client can see what was done and when, and every installed system has a history.

Where do recordings and records stay?

Camera recordings stay on the building's own recorders, and the monitoring platform runs on a site box installed in the building; our control room receives the alerts and the system status. Cloud backup of recordings is an option where a client wants it.

How do we start?

With a site survey: an engineer walks the site, maps the entry points and blind spots and reviews what you already have. You then get a design and an itemised proposal prepared to support the committee's three-quote process, installation by our own technicians, and a handover with training and a maintenance contract.
