Enquiry sent
Thank you. An engineer will reply within one working day. For anything urgent, call 03-2779 2690.
What happens next
An engineer walks your site first.
Send the enquiry; the rest is three steps.
- An engineer calls you back within one working day, not a call centre.
- A site survey: entry points, blind spots and what you already have.
- A written, itemised proposal prepared to support your committee's three-quote process.
Our office in Kepong.
Visit us in Kepong, or reach the team directly. Maintenance clients call the same number and reach the engineer who knows their site.

Need help?
Before you write.
How quickly do you reply?
Within one working day. Send the enquiry form or call 03-2779 2690 during office hours (Mon to Fri, 9:00 to 18:00); an engineer, not a call centre, calls you back to arrange a site survey.
Do you cover my area?
Our office is in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, and our representative projects are condominiums and residential towers in Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley. Tell us where the building is and we will say whether we can survey it.
See projectsWho do we call when something fails?
Sites under a maintenance contract call 03-2779 2690 and the engineer assigned to the site takes it from there. For anything urgent, call the same number.
Maintenance contractsCan you support our three-quote process?
Yes. Every design comes with an itemised proposal prepared to support a joint management body's or committee's three-quote process, and we keep our word on price and schedule.
What should we prepare for a site visit?
Nothing formal. It helps to know the number of units or floors, which systems are already installed (cameras, barriers, readers, intercoms) and what you would like to improve. The engineer walks the site, maps entry points and blind spots and reviews what you already have.
